How to access questions?
How to access questions?
To access questions, head to the homepage of the competition website and expand the dropdown menu to the subject you are interested in. Then, copy the room code for the question set you have chosen. Finally, click the link where you will be asked for the room code and student ID.
Are Calculators Allowed?
Scientific and Graphing Calculators are allowed for all questions; however, there are questions where they may not be the most efficient method of solution.
To avoid disadvantaging students without access to a graphing calculator, the use of Desmos is allowed.

I don't know my Student ID. What do I do?
If you registered before the deadline, this should have been emailed to the address you registered with; check your inbox and spam folder. If you have yet to receive a Student ID by midnight on the 25th of September, contact us via the help page as soon as possible.
Formula Sheets
Contestants are free to attempt questions without formula booklets/sheets. However, we understand that students may not have been taught some of the content required for specific questions. Therefore, the use of Circuit Spark Approved formula Sheets is allowed.
You may download these using the links provided on the webpage. They are sorted by age group, but be aware that higher-level problems may be based on more basic concepts.
Short Answer Questions
Short-answer questions are graded automatically, so please remember this when answering. For example, don't submit 0.3 mm as 0.0000003 km.
We have moderators correcting the system's marking mistakes, however clearly intentional and unreasonable answers will be penalized. Additionally, we highly suggest using the values for constants provided in the formula sheets for physics and chemistry calculations.
